Burien Nissan

I’ve never written a google review before but I think this deserves one. I bought my first car from Burien Nissan so I figured they were a good place to have my car serviced. My sister and her husband also bought their cars from them. They gave me a loaner car (which was nice of them). However, I accidentally left my backpack in the back seat and they loaned the car out to someone else. I came back the next day and spoke with a sales associate after the guy dropped the loaner off (I came to see if my backpack was there) and she said she thinks someone from service probably stole it. I was just there today talking to the service manager and he was very rude telling me that I’m an adult and should have taken my things out of the car. Yes, I’m an adult, that’s quite obvious but I’m also human and we make mistakes. It’s their job to inspect the car and return any forgotten items. Needless to say no one from my family is buying another car from them. I’m pretty disappointed in their customer service.
