Buds & Blooms At South Hill

I placed a Mother’s Day order two weeks in advance over the phone because their website wasn’t taking the order. The woman was very rude and I didn’t get any kind of confirmation. I called on the day of delivery to confirm my order, the same lady was still rude and was rushy. She said latest delivery was 7pm. The flowers didn’t get delivered until 9pm!!!!!! This is ridiculous! Will never use this shop again.

Ordered flowers for my daughters 25th birthday. Said the card should say Love Mom and Don. I even spelled Don. The person repeated it to me. Daughter got the card and it said Love Mom and Dad. Her Dad had passed away recently. Definitely not something you want to be reminded of on your birthday. Very disappointed.
