Bonefish Grill

Finally had a chance to try Bonefish. We walked in and waited without being greeted. As we were walking out someone ran to us and seated us. We sat... and sat. Finishing our waters before they took our drink order. It was as if we were inconveniencing the staff. For the price I expected some details, like how would you like your burger done? Would you like the salad or fries. No options given. Instead I received an overdone $21 burger and fries. We continued to wait with empty water glasses for our bill. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Not worth the money or time.

Very very good food and service. I would highly recommend the bonefish grill for any meal occasion. Our family of 3 had 2 appetizers and 3 large meals for 107.00. The quality is much better than comparable establishments. I recommend reservations for ease of seating.. Casual dress is perfect, no need to dress up .
