I've already written a review on Yelp, but the pho is bomb and the meat is perfect! Yakisoba is on point with 10 levels of spicy! We ordered level 7 once and it was delicious! Ordered level 7 again and it was too hot for us. The inconsistency is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars...plus I just found out they are not open on Sundays and google didn't mention it at all - but that's probably not the Bistro's fault!
