I brought my Nissan to them for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a lady that kept coming around to ask if I needed anything and would talk to me about my car, but never introduced herself to me. I have always spoken directly to the man at the garage counter in all previous times I've been here. So this time I did not opt for the milage maintenance and she came back over to me to tell me that I had 4 damaged lug nuts on my vehicle. I've never changed a tire on my car and since they were supposed to do a tire rotation, I became suspicious. I went into the garage where my vehicle was up on the lift and inspected the lug nuts for myself. Clearly they had been stripped as they were rounded and I could see the tool marks. One of the light nuts was so bad that they had to use a "special tool" to remove it. When I inquired what caused this to happen, the mechanic started to respond. The lady interrupted him claiming it was due to rocks getting stuck around the lug nuts. That amazed me. I was standing there wondering what kind of idiot they thought I was. So I asked again, and again the lady interrupted the mechanic. I do not drive my vehicle off road as it is a 2014 Nissan Maxima. If you look it up, you can see the stock rims that come with the vehicle and how the lug nuts are receded inside with barely enough room to get the lug wrench in there to remove them. So I went back to the lobby and they were ordering me new ones; ended up they could only get 3 out of the 4 replaced. I again gave them a chance to come clean but they insisted it was rock damage. I have called their management and explained the situation, as they have now charged to me replace the lug nuts that they have damaged. That is not customer service at all; more like customer rip off. So customers beware...this is the type of service you might end up getting too.
