Paul (Owner) was courteous and answered all my questions. I called Paul in regards to a sewage backup at 4 PM and by 6 PM he was on site and performing cleanup. Paul gave me a written quote and explained the process in detail before the work was performed. He went above and beyond, cleaning furniture legs and disinfecting everything necessary. He even had Material Safety Data Sheets for the products he used so I knew proper ventilation and drying procedures. The cost of the restoration was about half of what a 'Chain Restoration' company quoted me. Very highly recommend Bennett Cleaning and Restoration for any type of water/sewage backup issues. I will be calling them again if this incident happens again.
