Bellevue Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry

Thank you to the whole crew at Bellevue Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry in Bellevue; Vivian, Patty, Jamie, and of course, Dr. Xan. I've had an excellent experience with each of them. Things I like: 1. Dr. Xan answers all my questions about the ins and outs of everything we're doing. He doesn't make me feel rushed or that I'm bothering him by asking. Thank you Dr. Xan! 2. Vivian (office manager) cares about me having a good experience at the office. She's been encouraging and supportive. Thank you Vivian! 3. Patty (Dental Assistant) and Jamie (Dental Hygienist) are very knowledgeable about their jobs. Patty helps explain things to me and Jamie has a good eye to notice issues when she's cleaning my teeth. I feel like I'm visiting with friends when I see them. And they were reassuring about all my procedures in the last year. Phew! Thank you Patty and Jamie!!! 4. I can get everything taken care of at this one office - checkups, cleanings, implants, root canals, extractions, fillings, etc. 5. They're using high tech stuff. I had four fillings in one sitting that didn't require anesthetic because Dr. Xan used a laser. The laser gets part of the decay out, and it numbs the tooth at the same time. Then Dr. Xan was able to use a drill to get more of the decay out. One of the cavities was near a nerve, but it wasn't a problem. I also haven't needed an impression for my teeth in a number of years so I was expecting a tray with all that goop in it to get the impression, but they used some digital thing that was much easier. 6. I trust Dr Xan. He made me feel comfortable that he had taken into account all the "ifs ands or buts" about the process. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and what his limits are. As I mentioned earlier, I ask a lot of questions and Dr Xan was able to discuss his thought process the whole time. It made sense to me and I appreciated that very much. 7. Dr Xan works quickly, but is not rushed. Things I don't like: Nothing. Overall - a wonderful dental experience. Yes, I said it - a wonderful DENTAL experience!!!
