Janissa is fantastic! I went in for eyelash extension removal, a full new set of volume lashes, and an eyebrow wax. She dedicated a lot of time to making sure my eyelashes look perfect. I couldn't be happier with them!
She's also the first person who's ever waxed my eyebrows to exactly the shape I want. She understood what I was asking for, and was great at communicating through the whole process. They're pretty much exactly what I wanted!
Her work is great and the whole experience exceeded my expectations (which were pretty high to begin with).
BONUS: She's hilarious, friendly, and detail oriented. The salon is adorable, and she even helped me figure out a pesky skin problem I've been struggling with, then sent me home with a freebie sample of product to help keep it at bay.
