Barber Shop At Fred Meyer

If you want to get a good haircut, stay away from this barbershop! They have poor customer service, and they don't know what they're doing. As a matter of fact, they are beyond rude and did a crappy job on my hair. When you run a business, you need to know certain etiquette in a business setting! A lot of miscommunication and language barrier, and I don't feel like dealing with them anymore! It's emotionally draining! I had a terrible experience at this place about two days ago. There was a hidden fee which I wasn't aware of, I wish the barber had been upfront about it instead of hiding it. I didn't know until afterwards (I went to the counter to pay). Basically, he told me it's $19 instead of $14 because he used a razor to shave and I was blindsided by it. It was misleading and I thought he was deceiving in a way because I was not informed until afterwards. It's not so much about the money, but it's a matter of principle! I can pay $30 or $25 or $17 or whatever, money is not an issue for me, but it's about their attitude. I tried to talk to the manager but unsuccessful, he was not willing to listen, and there was no recourse. It was like talking to a brick wall, he had no common sense! If you don't wanna see any surprise at the counter after they cut your hair, stay away from this place! Run the other way!
