Employees: A+, the bank: F
The employees here are always very polite & try very hard to help all patrons feel important as well as cared for. However, my complaint is not with the employees, it's with Bank of America (BOA) itself & how it is not standing by its stated values & complete lack of interest in their customers.
I have been making vehicle loan payments to BOA since the summer of 2012. I have been loyal & reliable throughout this time, & have always squared up immediately upon any discovery of discrepancies that took place.
Concerning this particular phone call, I called due to my monthly payments being much too high.
This is the second time I have called BOA to try to settle this difficult matter, both times my request was bluntly and curtly answered with a simple "No". There was no time spent for any personal interest to be shown by BOA, not once did BOA truly stand by their stated values of, "...connecting with people person-to-person, with empathy and understanding." Banks must make money, I understand this, but if BOA is not going to show understanding or empathy to their loyal customers, then please don't advertise such things under your stated values section.
