We played in the Fall and the course was pretty dry. Love the three 9 hole layouts. You don't need driver off every tee but position for your second shot. Very playable for all skill levels. They have a "play all day" deal so you can experience all 3, 9 hole layouts. Really enjoyable course to play and it was in great condition. Good value for the rate.
