Arnada Pointe Apartment Homes

When we moved here in July of 2017 we had only 2 days to decide for our new apartment. When we had a tour of the place I was told the floors were concrete and they never had issues with any noise from upstairs. I believed them and moved in. Immediately we noticed thumping and loud noises from upstairs. it wasn't the people who lived above it was just the structural issue. I notified the people in charge and they started telling me that it is a old property and I should expect this kind of noise. No help was offered. Lies after lies. During my stay the upper floor resident moved out and that one month was very peaceful. then again someone else moved in and same story started repeating. I had to break out of my lease paying the penalty to move out of that place. My suggestion would be just don't trust anything they say and stay out of that palce. I forgot to add, the property manager is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with.
