Rude and unprofessional..
My HOA had previously worked with Ryan from Armada and was going to hire him to repair water damage in our unit. When I spoke with him over the phone he was extremely rude and dismissive from the very first conversation we had. He didn't hear any of the few questions I had about the process and expected timeline for the repairs. Instead he spoke to me in a demeaning tone and kept repeating the same thing over and over again instead of hearing what I'm asking and attempting to provide an answer. He insisted on coming out to evaluate the job twice before scheduling a day to get started on repairs and gave a two day window when he might stop by to do his second evaluation. When he showed up to the unit Friday afternoon without advanced notice and the onsite manager was not answering his phone to provide access, Ryan stated that he's not sure he wants to do this job anymore and he won't be able to finish it in 7 to 10 days anyway - something I had asked about at the very beginning. Then he hung up on me. The timeline for the job was a pressing question for me as a family member is scheduled for upcoming surgery and we were hoping to at least have the drywall patched up by then.
Realistically, for me, this is a blessing in disguise, since Ryan would have clearly been very difficult to work with and god forbid I had questions or issues with their work - I can only imagine the frustration I'd be dealing with when trying to communicate with him about them. It's just unfortunate that we ended up wasting nearly a week as a result of this.
Bottomline, if Ryan this is best foot that this company has to put forward when dealing with customers, I doubt they'll be in business much longer. Don't bother wasting your time with them.
