Apex Property Management

Not only did we not get any deposit back, we had to pay extra. The additional charges were overpriced and exaggerated. I understand having some wear and tear issues, but APEX took advantage of their authority and went to town on any and everything they could charge! As a former landlord, I would be ashamed if I acted like APEX does. By the way, if you ever disobey any rules they have (whether you know about it or not), don't expect a warning. They will fine you anytime and every time they can and add penalties on the fine. They should not be managing college students!! :-(
