Allstate Insurance Agent: Everett Ulbricht

I work in the insurance industry myself and have never had such a horrible experience than with this agency. They were more than willing from day one to except any money but once it became time to cancel my policy’s and return money absolutely no correspondence was replied to. I have left over 10 emails and 10 voicemails with not a single response until I threatened to call corporate and have my boyfriend come into his office. Once I called corporate they were able to take care of it with no problem and said this has been a problem with this agency. They apologized.
