It's a lovely quiet spot in the world. Especially being on 1st Street, good location. If out of town its real convenient right off the freeway.

Cleaner then it use to be. Management very friendly and helpful. Still too much drug activity and wanna be gansters, junkies n the homeless hanging out in the hallways at night
