Tim was very thorough with our inspection. Being a first time home buyer I was very nervous and he was incredibly helpful and informative. He included in the inspection report pictures and videos that not only highlighted the areas that needed repair, but also areas that it would be important for us to know such as the main water and gas shutoffs. He was friendly and took the time to double check things that we noticed and answered all of our questions when we went over the report with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home. It was nice to have someone who was so thorough and informed to answer my questions.
