All City was hired to replace the sewer line at my new house. Work was to be complete and inspected before closing. One week after closing I returned from a trip and found a plumber (John) on site still working - no one had communicated with me that they had not completed the work. Once we sorted out why he was there, he agreed to do some extra plumbing work for some cash, which I paid. He was supposed to run a line for a gas stove, but two weeks later I'm left with the gas completely disconnected from the house - and now I have to pay someone else to fix it. I called John 8+ times, left multiple messages, and never heard from him. Later, another plumber I brought in determined the toilet drain had not been properly set (wasn't even glued) and the sink vent wasn't put in straight. I wouldn't trust these guys one bit. When I called All City to explain so many problems were be discovered with the work and I didn't want the plumber to return, they happily just said ok - no questions or comment about the mistakes, no apology, nothing. Look elsewhere if you need work. I had been warned beforehand that the plumber was a functioning alcoholic and wish I paid more attention to what he was pouring into his mug, because the work that actually was completely was awful. Fingers-crossed the sewer line works...
