4 stars for parts, 0 stars for customer service!!! The bald white guy needs to get out if a customer facing environment. Twice now, he has had a REALLY negative attitude, plus he always takes the best parking spot with his over-polished, mediocre Camaro / Challenger / whatever, who cares car.
