Yes, the outside leaves little to be desired, and I have to agree the used furniture prices aren't a deal, but their new furniture items range from lower but also to higher quality items, and for a much much lower price that I've seen elsewhere. I have expensive tastes but I also LOVE to get a deal (without sacrificing quality). Definately worth checking out before shelling out cash on brand items or in retail furniture stores.
